Kim Grothaus - Owner

Human Resources Solutions is owned by Kim Grothaus who has over 13 years experience in Human Resources Management. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management from Lindenwood University and a Masters Degree in Management and Computer Resource and Information Management from Webster University. Kim also earns an annual certificate in "Human Resources and the Law" from the Rockhurst University Continuing Education Center, earned a "Certificate in Health Care Plans" from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and is a certified trainer with Development Dimensions International, Inc. Her memberships include the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), a Board of Director member on the Vision St. Charles County Leadership and several Chambers of Commerce.
